I'm trying to complete the remaining quests in once upon a time in gielinor quest line. I'm on the 2nd quest but when I go to the blue moon inn relomia isn't there. Is this a known bug being fixed soon or something?

For the second part i think she moved to a new bar, the boar inn (the 1 next to the digsite just out of the city, north of lumberyardand to help in advance she moves to a new 1 in the 3 part
