doing some hardmode glacor and having some trouble with the beam cannon. So if devotion is on cd and he's gonna cannon me I debilitate, swap to ely, res and powerburst of vit. Twice now he's killed me despite using these. How can i successfully counter the beam cannon? I don't understand why these aren't working. I tested on normal mode with only cannon as his spec and just the powerburst, ely and deb reduces the damage to 2k and deb should last for at least 7 seconds so it should reduce the damage of all three hits. I shouldn't be dieing from it?

If you anticipate, powerburst (3/4 health before activating) then debilitate, you should be fine.
