Currently 53 Necromancy.
Was doing the quests in order to get access to the gear upgrades since damage and accuracy is extremely dependent on your gear in the skill. That Old Black Magic did not mention I needed another quest and 65 Necromancy when I started it (I thought I could unlock the next instructions from Kili by doing the quests... apparently that's not right) The wiki only says you need level 40 Necromancy and give her a Meat Pie to start the task to make tier 40 gear... obviously this is NOT the only req. The achievement in-game lists nothing extra. Shows it as not locked... shows Kili's Knowledge III as not locked. I click KK2 to pin it and see if there's anything from that... but it pins KK3 instead and gives me nothing special.
How do we unlock tier 40 gear? Or rather, give us ALL the reqs for all of Kili's Knowledge tasks please.
