There seems to be a problem with this quest. First it directs me to the POH in Pollnivneach when my house is in Yanille. Weird possible glitch, but no problem I just moved my house there. Next I enter the POH in Pollnivneach and no Pete stopping me. The quest journal has the comment that Pete told me about the package and that I should investigate. I go to my house and no notice nor any package. I searched both the portal in Pollnivneach and the one in my house.

Now I think I may have initiated the quest after finishing the previous one, but didn't progress it likely because not having all the levels necessary. Also I recently completely redid my house could that have something to do with this issue?

I just tried starting the quest again. I had moved my house back to Yanille after the last time. I opened the quest in my list and set it to active. It shows the start point at the POH in Pollnivneach once again, so I moved my house there and I still can't start the quest.
