With the amount of reports that Jagex received on a daily basis, it's unlikely that you'll receive a dedicated reply. The only acknowledgement of bugs is through dedicated social media posts for large issues, or through the weekly patch notes. Jagex actively fixes bugs, but some fixes take time. In addition, if they find that what you have reported
isn't
a bug, there'll be nothing to fix.
Regardless of the bug report feature, it sounds like you have a workaround. Try it when the pylons are active, to see if that let's you in.
