I am currently attempting to complete the "Claiming Azzanadra's Heart" achievement. Which is just claiming a medium lamp.... But, since the GW3 update, Azzanadra's no longer in the Cathedral in Senntisten. He is now the NPC outside of Arch Glacor, and he has no options to talk about the quest or post quest rewards. Is this a bug? Does anyone know anything about this? I've been searching the game and researching for hours, but nothing has helped me.

You might be looking the wrong place for that

Need to go to the Senntisten temple (place with zaros altar, not the city), go a little north of the 3th age iron caches at digsite and go down the wrinch and find him there as this is a ach from before the city was upen also the you get the blank observation item for a later q.
