I find taking a small break away from the game, or even the device you are playing on for 10 minutes or so is really helpful when you're faced with frustrating moments. Do something that relaxes you: Make a coffeee, sit outside, pace around the house, whatever suits you.

Almost every time you return to the game feeling relaxed with a fresh mind you overcome the challenge and wonder what the big deal was in the first place.

Try it in this order

1) first row
2) second row
3) third row
4) 4 pieces at the lower left corner (4th and 5th row)
5) the rest 5 should now go to their correct places if all the other pieces are in correct places
