What's stopping you from unlocking it?

Have you tried to take the magic carpet again?

Hello,

The magic carpet flyed with Grand Vizier Hassan on the roof on al kharid. I can't fly again because the Grand vizier Hassan is gone to Menaphos. There is no option to restart the quest. When i fly on the normal carpit now, it doesn't unlock the song..
