I spent millions and millions of dollars trying to beat Sliske only to realize the approach was all wrong. I recommend NOT using Saradomin Brews. Total waste of time and $. Yes, each 6 dose flask of super can provide 7800 life points however your stats (Att, Stre, Magic, and Range) diminish by 24 points per flask so fast you will be chasing your stats with restore pots and waste valuable space for good food. Besides, each Super Saradomin Brew flask cost about 176k. OUCH
First off here is my loadout:
Full Virtus
I did use Cinderbane gloves. (Poison ineffective but good armor bonus)
Wand of the Cywir Elders
Orb of the Cywir Elders
Large Rune pouch w/ Blood and Water runes for 'Ice Barrage'
Grace of Elves necklace
Luck of the Dwarves ring
Illuminated Ancient Book
1 - Overload
1 - Pack Yak
57 - Sailfish Soup
Okay, Here is what I did:
Drink a dose
Once you see him attack him
Be watchful for his 'Shadow Hands Attack'. He will cast it 5 times anticipating where you go so always stay moving basically running a large circle around him continually casting 'Ice Barrage'. Once he has cast it 5 times I stood in place and attacked him. I used 'Magic Hands' & Asphyxiate' once each followed up with 'Combustion'. Now continue running around again while casting 'Ice Barrage' until he has cast 5 times and once again proceed as you did before. It's really that simple. You can try different action bar attacks but I used my go to attacks that work for me. Be very watchful of your Life points and overload too. Eat to keep health full because Sailfish Soup can raise your constitution by 15% of it's max which is very helpful. I only used 8 Sailfish soup when I beat him the first time. The reason I say first time is because you will need to defeat him 4 times.
Don't forget after you beat him the 3rd time to enter a 'Large Rift' so you can continue onto the 4th battle. I would forget and get zapped to death.
Hope this guide will help you beat him too!
Good Luck!!!
