finding zanik in city of um

I am necro lvl 101 and have been trying to find all the people showing up as citizens in the City of Um. I still need zanik and jack the ghost cat. (I need to complete a quest to find jack; but I don't know what to do to find zanik.)

Zanik is suppose to be in the pub standing in front of the dark board; but she isn't there. And the wiki does not tell me where she could be other than in that pub in front of that dark board.

Can anyone help me understand what I need to do to find zanik? (I've been checking necro quests and am up to date on them.)

Look around the pub she should be somewhere in there. I remember finding her early on in the pub but not specifically in front of the dart board. I know through conversations with her that's where we ended up.
