Hi,

A while ago I attained 99 Constitution during one of the Double XP Live Events. I then took a break and didn't log in for several months.

This week after logging back in, I noticed that my Constitution level was set back to 98 and that my skill cape was gone.

I've since re-gained 99 Constituion but I was wondering why this happened? I've been looking online but haven't found an explanation.

The only time something like this would happen is if something major happened in game and they had to rollback the servers cause it effected far too many people. Although we haven't had a server rollback in awhile.

You don't say when the "while ago" was. If it was towards the end of February, it's possible the rollback was part of the Login Lockout issue .

If you think this was the case, I don't know if Jagex is still actively offering additional additional restoration support, but if they are, the Login lockout restoration page in the Support Centre would be the best place to start.
