Through the Eye of the Needle achievement help

....requires the player to witness Jas task Kerapac with retrieving her kin in Senntisten. Sounds like a cutscene somewhere, but where?

It is a cutscene.

It should be viewable by entering Senntisten/Kerapac's arena for the first time.
