Hi guys. I have lvl 60 Necro. Over 500 vessel souls. 6 Talent points. Both required quests completed. I am trying to unlock my first level 3 talent. It is stating that I do not meet the requirements to unlock this talent. Very frustrating.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Have you unlocked any talents from levels 1 and 2?

I had the same problem. It worked when I came back to it later, so I suspect its one of those things where you need to logout, at least to the lobby, in order for one of the requirements to register as complete.

I struggled with this for a couple of days. Although the talents are lit up, they're not necessarily activated ... click on the talents and check activation Normal is boring ! Who defined normal anyway
