Returning player,bug quests?

im having an issue in which completed quests, that i have completed before and still are marked as completed in quest log do not act as completed when it comes to prerequisites for other quests or rewards.
it appears to be only ones with new voice lines, they work acter completing them again but i dont know which quests are bugged so very difficult to know which ones to target. are there any fixes for this? tried looking at support but there was no option for it other than write it here

Which quest(s) specifically are giving you troubles? Also you said that they work after completing them again, which quests are you repeating again? You can always submit a bug report in game too. It’s the little yellow flag with a black X in the middle of it above your chat box.

Several quests were reworked in a few years ago, which may mean that players who had completed them previously needed to do them again.

In 2010, Romeo & Juliet was removed and replaced with Gunnar's Ground

In 2012 Death Plateau, Druidic Ritual and Wolf Whistle were reworked. also Prince Ali's Rescue was removed and replaced with Stolen Hearts and Diamond in the Rough
