I am in Daemonheim. I have level 118 Mining. I have no minuses to that skill. I encountered a pile of debris and the game is telling me I cannot destroy it because I must have at least a level 103 Mining. I don't understand. Can a mod help me? They speak the truth. Unless the skills have since been turned into 120's like herblore and slayer since Dungeoneering came out. The only skill at the time that could reach 120 was dungeoneering.

Since Jagex had updated the game to create a 120 level skill they then introduced virtual levels so you could see what your stat's would be beyond 99. So if mining ever gets to an actual 120 skill, then you'll really have a 117 mining level. Until that time for dungeoneering it's a mere 99
