How to get spears as ironman?

Hi

I'm trying to do a quest on my ironman which requires me to hand in some spears
i can't make the spears without completing this quest. and i cant get them as a drop
i've tried ogress. hobgolins. goblins. but the guide seems out of date as these no longer drop them due to the mining and smithing rework

anyone able to tell me how i can get some pelase
been stuck for hours and cant find a solution

Hi there,

Doing some research, it appears that you can also get them as drops from Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security. You may also:

- Do the Barbarian Training in order to be able to smith them yourself
- Do the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest to unlock the shop that sells spears there
