I did the quest originally forever ago but never went back to replay it until today. I've tried 5 times now - I keep getting disconnected from the game client every time I reach a certain point in the quest; usually between the book stacking puzzle and the statue room. I would like to try for the achievements but this continuous disconnect is a problem.

I can play other content just fine - dropped Helwyr a few times this morning as well. It's just this quest.

I have been having the same problem. Client either freezes or closes at random spots throughout the quest. Just saying a prayer to all the gods that one of these times
I make it through. Dear Zammy if you’re up there please help a brother out.

I was able to complete it using steam instead of rs client.

Yeah the steam client seems to work, I would post this in bugs actually so hopefully next patch it'll be hotfixed.
