I am in the middle of the quest and when I talk to the squire in Falador to start the cut scene my screen goes black and RS3 closes every time and i can not finish the quest. It do not believe its a hardware issue, my specs are perfectly fine to run RS3.

Please be sure to submit a Bug report .

There have been several posts recently that seem to indicate that the recent graphical reworks may have affected quest cut scenes that take place in those areas.
