Yes I use the wiki frequently. However the in depth version for this quest has this line in it.....

'He asks you for your help and suggests that you take his mother, Golrana, with you. Golrie tells you that she can be found on the surface inside the Tree Gnome Village and teleports you directly to her. .......'

This is what is stumping me this part of the conversation, which should start the quest, doesn't happen he doesn't teleport me anywhere, nor can I find Golrana in the main village where she is supposed to be. I keep thinking I'm missing something I need, but I have done the required quests and have all the needed skills.

managed to accept the quest, i think the issue is that when u click the letter away, u automatically click trough the letter window on the game screen as well, thus resulting in a movement command, interrupting the conversation

i had the quest window open under the letter and that managed to get the quest accepted
