I have tried every combination available in-game for the Bandos pool, and nothing I do works. I've even made a spreadsheet for it, and everything. Idk what else to do or where to post this.

Have you spoken to Seegud about the issue? She will inform you that

the rocks may have been mixed up and you will need to figure out the combinations for all the pools.

Otherwise, do you have a screenshot of the coloured rocks?

There will be one rock which is not seen in the other pools (therefore one plant which has not been used). This should narrow down the possible combinations.
