Hey there!
This thread looks like it might be better suited to the Old School RuneScape part of the Forums. There is a section there where you can post about OSRS Clans. This section here is for RS3 clans, and is also for players to post that they are interested in looking for a clan to join versus clans to post recruitment threads.
There are some guidelines here under Mod Kalaya's 'Read Me First!' thread that you can review as well.
You might want to see if a Mod is able to move your thread, or you could also possibly think about reposting in the OSRS Clan's section of the Forums.
