Howdy!
I'm returning to the game after a few years away and am looking to join a clan!
I used to be really into this game back in '05-'08 (I went by "teletubby_24" back in those days), but I haven't played much since then - just a few hours here and there every couple years or so - and none of my friends from those days are online anymore either. Weird, right? Just got back into playing this more regularly about two weeks ago though, so I've got a lot of catching up to do. Hence, why I'm looking to join a clan.
Ideally, I'm looking for a chill/casual clan that doesn't focus particularly hard on any one thing (skilling/combat/etc.) and doesn't have any sort of mandatory level or playtime/participation requirements. For reference, I'm not maxed out on anything - I'm at 1162 skill & 103 (melee-focused) combat. I'm not really interested in PvP and so far I've been a 100% PvM kind of player. That said, I haven't attempted any boss fights yet and I think that's one of the things I'm most interested in (looks like they could be a lot of fun) - so if you're willing to show me the ropes, that'd be awesome!
Other than that, I'm pretty much just looking to have fun with it and figure out how to use my time most effectively.
I'm enjoying my time back so far, and have put in quite a few hours these past couple weeks, but I do wanna be completely realistic and upfront - between work and other commitments (as well as other games
) idk how many hours I'll be able to put in per week/month, so that's why I'm thinking something more casual/noncommittal would be the best fit for me.
Fair warning, I am very much still adjusting to all of the changes/updates (literally just switched off of legacy combat mode today lol), so there's a good chance I'll seem like a noob for at least a few more weeks.
If you think your clan would be able to help me out, please let me know!
