So, you're choosing a clan to join, and trying to differentiate between multiple similar sounding places? Let us tell you why we are different, and definitely the right place for you.

Barge is a laid-back PvM and social clan. We love to hang out in discord, kill bosses and get loot. We also enjoy teaching and can coach you towards getting consistent kills at any boss in the game. However this isn't where the fun ends, we focus on the people who join our clan, and try to give as many opportunities to make friends as possible, these include;

Clan IRL meet ups
Clan Discord games nights - quizzes, among us, CS GO, League, Valheim, you name it, we are probably down to chill on discord and play it!
RS PVM events - We host everything from huge events lasting two weeks, with 50+ members, to small 30 minute one off events, regularly.
RS NON PVM events - Clue Events, Simon Says events, insanely stupid but funny, randomly thought up events.. yep we host them!

Barge is open to Ironmen and Main accounts, but there are several further conditions to Irons joining our community, please ensure you read carefully!

Although mostly a GMT clan, we have a very active playerbase from across the world, so no matter where you are from or what time you log in to play, there will always be active friends alongside you.

Learners are very welcome at our events. You won’t be expected to know the mechanics if you’re new to the boss. We don’t expect you to follow rotations from a spreadsheet. Just come along and have fun!

We don't have a points or xp based ranking system in Barge because we feel our time is better spent pvming and spending time with clannies than managing spreadsheets. If you'd like to have a particular star in CC, just ask!

We always welcome applications for new key ranks and helpers, just message the clan owner if you're interested in helping out.

We are all adults and play the game to have fun. We expect you to know where the line is and to use cc and discord appropriately ie. no arguing, bullying or drama in public chats.

We require all clan members to have access to Discord. We do most things through our Discord server, including important updates. You don't have to talk, but for group PvM hours, hosts often require you to be able to listen to calls.

There are some gear guidelines for joining PvM hours in Barge. These are not set in stone, but are to give an idea of what to have.

T80 power armour or better for your main style
T80 weapons or better for your main style
Pvme starter perks or better for weapons and armour
Weapons: Precise 6 | Equilibrium 4
Armour: Biting 3 | Impatient 4 and Crackling 4 | Enhanced Devoted 4
Planted feet switch or greater sunshine/death's swiftness if magic or ranged
Overloads unlocked
T95 curses unlocked
900k dps gem in your main style

Don't enjoy PVM but do enjoy a social community whilst you skill, quest, and enjoy everything else RS has to offer? That is absolutely fine.

We are still an end game clan, so we require knowledge of the game to apply, therefore, if you are 2200 skill total or above, we are definitely the right place for you! If you have a very niche account that leaves you under either of our reqs, just reach out, these aren't set in stone, simply a guideline!

In-game loot rules:
Teams hosted in the Barge server will be either fully splits OR fully keeps. This applies to ALL bosses. If the host has not clearly stated which type of hour they are hosting, it is assumed that drops will be SPLIT.

If you are an ironman signing up for a splits hour, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the cash on your main account to cover a potential split.
Claiming that you don't have the cash to cover a split will not be an acceptable excuse.
