Hello one and all, and welcome to the recruitment page of Ever Elysium!

I will be your host for today,
Rom Engine
, and today I'll be telling you why you should join!

We're a general all around clan that participates in a little bit of everything, such as skilling, bossing, and mini games. So come on down if you want to relax, have some fun, or much needed friendship points.

Our community is very close-knit, active and helpful members who'll help new folks to get around this game, and all the wonderful content there is in this game. I serve as an Overseer to the clan, and from a year of experience in this clan, I can say it's worth taking at least a look. You might even like it enough, and stay here forever!

Or, well... More realistically until you decide you had enough to see, and decide to look for another clan, or decide to join as a member. Either way, glad you took interest. Feel free to guest in the clan chat if you can't find me or anyone in the clan in-game.


This thread is currently a work in progress, please mind the gap, the lack of decals, and any unorganised little details that went from one section to another. Everything will be better once the Ever Elysium Thread DLC Patch is downloaded. Do you wanna know why I wear this hat?

Clan Rules:

1. Jagex Rules.

- They were here first, and they pretty much own the game, so... Best not mess with this one. Always follow those rules, and they apply to every single person. Especially you.

2. No bullying or discrimination.

- Make friends, not foes. We can't have a community without being friends to each other. You're also advised to not hold any grudge against your fellow clan members.

3. No begging or abuse of trust.

- If you need help, that's alright. Asking someone to lend them a large amount of money on
the other hand... We can't promise refunds should you wish to commit yourself to that decision.

4. Respect your fellow clan mates, and be nice as much overall.

- Respect is a very important thing, and keeps drama away most of the time.

5. Keep it civil, and the Clan Chat free of garbage.

- This includes advertising other clans, multiple buy/sell requests, and the like. You're free to rant, but don't let it go longer than it should. Sometimes people don't know when to stop, and that's okay. But if everyone just doesn't want to talk about it, you might wanna reconsider your social topics. In the application, write a pun somewhere. Just trust me.

6. No botting or use of macro scripts and programs.

- This game is about the journey, not the destination. If we just had everything upon making our accounts, it wouldn't be fun. This is part of the Jagex Rules as well, but I think this needs a special warning here.

7. You have a warning before you are kicked from the chat.

- We use this warning system to help sort out some of the problems that need to just stop. Conditions and each individual case may vary.

8. Have fun!

- What's a game, if not for fun? Bonus objective: Find me in-game as a member of the clan and get a free Papaya! Applies to clan members only. One time reward only. Do you wanna know why I wear this hat?

We follow a rather simple to remember curve of experience.

Guest - Just ask to join! You might just be accepted if you do. Hang out in the Clan Chat.
Guests can talk. That's about it.

Recruit - The moment you join.
Recruits can, well, recruit for the clan. Help a brother or sister out.

Corporal - The moment you get
5m
clan xp or cap at the citadel.
Corporals are basically Recruits + 1.

Sergeant - That moment when you get
10m
clan xp or recruit another person.
Sergeants are Recruits + 2. You can claim two papayas.

Lieutenant - The moment you get
25m
clan xp or cap for two weeks.
Lieutenants are Corporals x 2. You can host any kind of event you want.

Captain - The moment you get
50m
clan xp or recruit 5 people or cap three weeks or after bumping this thread once a week starting your third week.
Captains are Lieutenants x 2. You can attend any future meeting.

General - The moment you get
75m
xp, or recruit 10 people or cap for 5 weeks.
Generals are... You know what, let's drop the math equations and say this rank's a good one. You can also decide on any future meetings.

Admin - That moment when you get
100m
clan xp and a recommendation from Senpei at least two
Organisers
or above. Despite this, anyone can get this rank, regardless of rank/status/organ size.
Admins get avatar and pretty much all other bonuses above.

All ranks above Admin:
Admin
ranking, as well as determined by the
Overseers or above
. Must be a well known person in the clan, as well as a person who can be relied with any of these positions.

Note: All xp values are based on a general rough curve, and you are advised to cap, recruit, participate in clan events, etc. Do you wanna know why I wear this hat?

If you're a Corporal or above, you can just ask from any
Organiser or above
if they are online, of post here for a request. Multiple requests can and will be rejected, and you may be banned from the clan.

You can only ask for it once a month, and it's for a fixed amount of time that is no longer than two weeks. Duration may vary per case.

Note: While you do get Admin rank for Avatar, you're not allowed to use up the other permissions that come with this rank.
