Like any clan or group in the game, we do have a set of general guidelines and rules to abide by to promote a healthy and non-toxic environment. We like to give people lots of freedom when it comes to discussion in the chat, but some topics just aren’t fit for the gaming community!
Follow general RS rules. This is pretty standard.
No flaming/trolling in the clan chat. Because the lines of these offenses can be fairly ambiguous, ranks will do their best to filter chat through warnings and 1 on 1 PM’s. If you ever feel you were wrongly kicked from the clan, be prepared with screenshots and let a key rank or myself know. In general, just don’t be a jerk and don’t be a smartass to the ranks when discipline-related discussion rises.
Scamming/luring are considered top offenses, and are grounds for a kick+ban. Always make sure to gather proof before accusing someone of breaking this rule.
Do not shame or otherwise degrade clanmates for any reason. This is an incredibly demoralizing and off-putting behavior that not only negatively impacts someone’s gameplay, but also discourages future engagement in activities with other clanmates.
Keep drama out of the clan chat. If you have an issue with someone, take it to the PM.
Learners for any boss will state that they are learners. Please do not come to a boss with 0 knowledge without letting the host know; you will NOT be refused to be on a team, but hosts need to know the overall experience of the group to help guide a successful kill/trip.
Have fun! With how much the game has evolved and how much we have adapted to the monotony of it all, it’s very easy to forget the fact that we are playing a GAME and we are meant to have fun. Some things are more fun than others of course; find a way to make it entertaining, talk to clannies, open up a conversation!
