SOUL MATES ranks are made up of a great mixture of male and female, mature, high cmb lvls that work hard to keep the CC running smoothly with no drama.

Reaching TIER 7 CITADEL has been a high priority for the Clan. Our citadel will continue to be a priority as new updates and higher tiers come available in the future.

We want to give every member of the clan the opportunity to enjoy the awesome XP gained from the skilling plots available within the Citadel
So supporting your Citadel is GREATLY ENCOURAGED !!!
and is also viewed when considering Rank Ups.

We have planned events regularly and all members are welcome to organise their own events at any time.

We do a wide variety of events including:
GWD BOSSES, SKILLING COMPETITIONS, BONFIRES, CORPORAL BEAST, PENGUINS, GNOME RESTAURANT, VINESWEEPER, EVIL TREE, SHOOTING STAR, RUNESPAN, SOUL WARS and MANY MANY OTHERS.

Events are NOT mandatory, but participation in Events, or the General Chat within the CC, is encouraged.

Our aim is to have a warm and friendly, supportive CC.
*A Safe Haven* within the ever changing world of Runescape.
TO enhance the quality of the of the game for our members, and also the quality of the friendships made along the way.

So whether you are a KILLER, SKILLER or a CHILLER looking for a clan.
We may just be the ONE !!!!!

CLAN RULES

1. All jagex rules apply.
2. Be respectful to all fellow clanmates and ranks.
3. No spam in clan chat.
4. No arguing in clan chat.
5. Inform a General or higher rank of any problems or issues with fellow CC members.
6. No scamming , stealing, begging or gambling. OR encouragement of such things

7.
Swearing/Offensive language is NOT permitted in clan chat.

...... Frustrations arise, slip ups happen
BUT at the end of the day YOU are TYPING Edit before you POST
...... Repeat offenders will be Officially warned .
We all know what is appropriate and what's not.
8. No discussion of s*x , religion, or race is allowed in chat.
Or personal views on said subjects be bestowed upon the chat.
These should be taken to a personal FC or restricted to pm.

ALL CC RULES APPLY TO THE FC and ALL MEMBERS ATTENDING EVENTS

Failure to abide by the above rules may result in a warning, demotion or ban depending on the severity.

If you have any questions reguarding the rules, please PM a star rank or higher.

Although it is a requirement to be a runescape member when joining Soul Mates we all may let our membership lapse from time to time. You will find we are very understanding, just let an admin or higher know the situation.

Things that will help you get noticed for rank ups include-
-Being mature - includes treating all clan members with respect
-Being helpful to other clan mates
-Collecting maximum resources at the citadel without complaining
-Planning and/or attending clan events
-being friendly and active in the CC
-Following the rules of the CC
-Recommending good members
-Showing leadership and guidance skills
-Displaying a pride in your clan
RANK - Roles and Descriptions
RECRUIT
Trial period, probationary term.
New members will remain the rank of recruit for a minimum of 1 week, upon which they will be ranked as corporal once they show a commitment to citadel
( which shows a commitment to the clan)
Required to bump recruitment page in runescape forums
CORPORAL
Shows a commitment to citadel and is active in the clan chat and/or events.
Required to bump recruitment page from time to time in the runescape forums.
SERGEANT
Does everything required of a Corporal and attends events, helpful to others and is friendly and social.
STAR RANKS
With *Star* Rank comes the responsibility of caring for & maintaining the quality of the CC. And the giving of your time,
-to answer questions posted in the CC by fellow clan members.
-to be open and friendly to all new clan members, helping them feel at home.
-to assist in dispersing any drama that may arise in CC.
-and also provide feedback to Admins or higher on members you feel deserve Rank Up
LIEUTENANT
A dedicated,mature member of the clan. This rank may be active in any one or all of the following :
Events,Chat,assisting Members,Recruitment efforts.
This rank shall be official greeters for new members.
They shall assist new members in finding clan forums,giving tours of citadel as needed and ensure all new members get clan cape and vex

CAPTAIN
A captain is an officer of the clan. They continue to show dedication.
They are also required to assist Generals in maintaining order in the CC.
Captain's cannot kick members from clan chat, but they shall pm Generals or higher and recommend discipline as needed.
Captain's shall assist in helping new recruits get familiar with clan and citadel.
GENERAL
Responsible for keeping order in the CC. Shall kick members from Friends chat or Clan chat, who are disrespectful or cause disruption of the Clan chat, when needed.
Shall make recommendations for member Rank Ups.
Shall recruit members.
Shall ensure new members are given proper introduction into the clan.
Responsibilities may be divided up among the Generals as necessary.
Some individuals may have General rank if they specialise in any of the following:
Events Leading, PVM,specific skill training, Recruiting, etc.
NOTE
Generals and higher ranks may also be designated as Rated Clan Wars Leader. when a rated clan war takes place, one of these ranks will challenge or accept the challenge. No Rated Clan War shall take place without consent of the Deputy Owner

CLAN ADMINISTRATION

ADMINISTRATOR
This rank is used for avatar wardens
Clan members are ranked up temporarily
to summon one of the avatars

ORGANISER
Manage RS forums recruitment page.
This rank may also be used for recruitment specialists.
Support Generals as needed. Helps the coordinator with events. Assists members who wish to have an event.

COORDINATOR
Organises Events, leads it or makes it known who will lead it. Works hand in hand with Organisers and Administrators to ensure members are informed of the upcoming events. Shall mentor Generals and take over chat when no General is online.

OVERSEER
Manages the Soul Mates facebook page. The overseer shall schedule meetings with ranks as necessary to ensure any issues that may come up are dealt with accordingly, and to gain information for the Deputy Owner to make appropriate decisions as needed. Overseer all operations of the clan and makes *recommendations* to Deputy Owner.
Overseer duties may be divided amongst several Overseer's as needed.

DEPUTY OWNER
The *soul mates* member player is used by *ishy* for making adjustments in the friends chat. Other Deputy Owner duties include dealing with any discipline and drama issues as they may come up and to assist the owner whenever needed.

OWNER
*ishy* is the owner and is responsible for adjusting ranks in Friends Chat and Clan Chat. Plans and adjusts resources for Citadel. Consults with Overseer's and all Administration on a regular basis.
Shall work towards or take measures necessary to achieve the vision/goals of clan.
