There is a friends chat for f2p ironmode players: f2pironmanfc. Folks from there occasionally do giant mole or KBD together, on free worlds of course, and p2p irons are welcome to join them.
However, as far as I'm aware there are no friends chats specifically for RS3 p2p ironman players. If you're OSRS and p2p, then 'ironman' friends chat serves well, or used to at least, nothing to stop RS3 players hanging out in there of course, but most of the other players who do (or did last time I checked), are OS. There’s also ‘F2P IM Clan’ for OSRS f2p ironmode players, that’s an active clan that’s run as such, unlike ‘ironman’ FC (or ‘CC’ on OS), which has been abandoned by its original creator, so just tends to be used in a similar way to a friends chat now. Both those chats use the same system as the RS3 ‘friends chat’ of course, though being OS, they’ll be called ‘clan chats’ there.

If you’re RS3 though, I'd recommend simply guesting in one of the larger clans that are for p2p ironmode players if you want to stay in your own clan. You're more likely to find some iron players around your level/ability in the guest clan chat then, while still be able to hang out with your friends in your own clan chat.
