We are the remnants of what once was. Long ago, the Kingdom of Ashdale's influence spread well beyond their island. Their military has seen the crumbling of many kingdoms. Their legions marched into Camelot, displacing the royal family and contesting the Northern Kandarin Kingdom. This marked what many called the fall of the
Kingdom of the North
.

We found refuge in the city of Witchaven and vowed to reclaim our rightful land. After many months, we were able to raise our army and march north to our beloved Capital, regaining its governance. From there we expanded North and West to secure our borders.

Although the fight for our rightful land is over, we are still entangled in the ever-changing political affairs of Gielinor. Kingdom of the North is located between two massive empires, but that doesn't dampen our spirits! We will raise our kingdom to new heights!

So adventurer, will you raise your sword, draw your bow, and ready your staff to secure your place in history by helping us create the greatest kingdom Gielinor has ever known?

The Kingdom in the North
is a Player-Owned City clan that is part of the
World 103 Community
. Our goal is to promote a friendly and social environment for all of our members. As a PoC clan we interact with other nations throughout Gielinor through diplomacy and war. Our clan's focus is around role-playing and warring. If you're new to either of those things, we'll be happy to work with you to improve! We also welcome members of the PvM and skilling communities; having departments that fit both of those categories. If this sounds like something that interests you, please read on!

What is a Player-Owned City clan?

A Player-Owned City clan is a clan that has some roleplay aspects associated with it. We claim land which we rule over which makes us akin to an actual kingdom. We have kings, knights, armies, guards and all the like here! POC clans offer political roleplay, warring other nations, storylines that span kingdoms and much, much more!


Are there other Player-Owned Cities we will interact with?

Of course! The World 103 Community is home to many other POCs; all of which, we have unique relations with. For the most part, we all engage in diplomacy and warfare with each other.


Do I have to roleplay?

Absolutely not. Roleplay is of course encouraged and will definitely help you move up the ranks in our clan, but it is not mandatory.

Our kingdom is split into lordships that all answer to the Crown. The noble+ team will vote on issues as a group but the final say on implementation rests with the royals.

If you violate the rules of the clan, the following action will be taken:

First offence: A verbal warning (often private)
Second offence: A mute for a designated amount of time
Third offence: A temporary ban from the Clan Chat
Fourth offence: Removal from the clan entirely.

***Royals reserve the right to respond to transgressions accordingly, even if that means bypassing the 4-offence system.***

Nobles and above reserve the right to kick guests from the clan chat on reasonable grounds.
