A Social Clan For Hardcore and Regular Ironmen

Ironshire is a new clan made for hardcore and regular ironmen to socialize and chat with those who share their play-style. Right now we are small but hope to grow into a thriving community of ironmen from all walks of life. We don't have any formal events right now but do enjoy making plans with each other to go bossing and skilling. We welcome people of all levels and with any degree of experience and hope to show any new players the ropes of playing RS3 as an ironman.

Please feel free to contact me in-game if you have any questions or guest in our clan chat to see if our clan is right for you.

1. About Ironshire

Ironshire was founded on July 2nd, 2017

Hunter Urn (AKA HC Svetroid) -
Owner

Farming Urn (AKA HC Sindris)-
Owner

Iron Gardy -
Overseer

Egis -
Coordinator

Asemov -
Organiser

Ironshire was founded on the grounds of trying to breathe life back into a dying clan. My boyfriend, Svetroid (Now Named Hunter Urn), and I have wanted to begin our own clan for a long time, knowing that we would be hands-on owners. It seems commonly that clan owners are some of the least active members in their clans. I personally believe that the owners of the clan should be very well known among clan members and be very active. For these reasons we left a dying clan and invited some of our former clanmates to join us in creating a new clan - one that would be taken care of actively and recruiting new members to keep it alive. Svetroid and I, along with our other high-ranking members, are all very active and get online nearly every day. We would love to have a clan with many active members who love to talk and do group activities. If you think you fit the bill, keep reading.

2. How To Join

To join Ironshire, simply enter the Ironshire guest clan chat and let someone know you wish to join. Anyone above the recruit rank is able to invite you. If you have any questions about the clan, I encourage you to direct them toward the highest ranking member online.

The only requirement to join is that you must be an ironman or hardcore.

3. Membership and Rank

What it means to be a member and how your actions affect your rank

Here at Ironshire, we don't have many requirements of our members. We simply ask that you stay active in chat and participate in clan events. Here is a breakdown of our ranking system, which will be updated every week at the weekly reset.

Being active in chat and showing up consistently to most clan events
- Gain a rank every week
Being active in chat and not showing up to the weekly clan event
- Gain a rank every 2 weeks
Showing up to the weekly clan event but not being active in chat
- Gain a rank every 3 weeks
Not being active in chat and not showing up to the weekly clan event
- Lose a rank
Not getting online - Lose a rank and get kicked after more than two weeks without logging in (Unless you've informed a leader you will be on vacation or otherwise temporarily busy)

Regular members will be able to gain rank every week up to General.

Admins will be picked by the owners.

If you are going to be gone for more than a few days for vacation or otherwise, let a higher ranking member know and your rank will be preserved.

Note: Ranks will be given based on the above criteria and not just based on the owners' opinions of people. If the owners haven't seen a person being active, they will ask for second opinions to make sure they are being ranked fairly.

-
Don't be mean or antagonistic. If you never say anything that isn't negative, that's a problem.

-
No discriminatory or racial slurs regardless of if you are in a minority (We can't as owners confirm or deny who is or isn't in a minority group since we're playing a game.)
