1.2 What is Trah Hour?

Trah is short for Trahaearn, which is a district within the glorious city of Prifddinas. This city has many things that are useful for any of your skilling needs. Trah hour is the hour (60 minutes) that the Trahaearn district is spotlighted, meaning that it is active. When each district becomes spotlighted, you'll see in your chat box, a broadcasted announcement of what districts are spotlighted.

NOTE: You HAVE to be in the city of Prifddinas to see the broadcasted announcements in reference to which districts are spotlighted.

Trah hours happen every 2-4 hours on average and only last 1 hour (60 minutes) at a time.

1.3 How does Trah Hour Work?

When the Trahaearn district becomes spotlighted, it will show up in the color
purple
in your chat box telling you that the voice of Trahaearn has been heard. When this happens, the ores within the district to the south of the Prifddinas lodestone can become harmed.

The following ores are found in Prifddinas:
- Runite
- Adamantite
- Mithril
- Coal

In the FC, we will call which worlds contain which ores that you want to mine. Mining these ores gives you an unlimited amount of ores throughout Trah hour. However, the rocks will deplete after some time, meaning that they are no longer harmonized . Harmonized rocks are the rocks that contain the unlimited supply of whichever ore that you desire to mine.

1.4 Required mining levels for each type of ore

Each type of Harmonized Ore has a specific mining level requirement. The following is a list of each type of harmonized ore and what mining level is required to mine it:

NOTE: If you are no less than 2 levels under the required mining level for the ore(s) that you want to mine, you can buy a dwarven stout (m) off of the G/E and it will boost your mining level by 2 levels temporarily .

Harmonized Coal - Mining Level: 77
Harmonized Mithril - Mining Level: 84
Harmonized Adamantite - Mining Level: 89
Harmonized Runite - Mining Level: 95

1.5 Scouting (how to scout, and what scouting is)

Scouting is very important during ALL Trah hours. Scouting is very simple. All you have to do is hop from one world to the next to attempt to find as many of each ore as you possibly can. This is not a requirement to be in the FC, but we greatly appreciate those that help us by scouting.

The best way to scout is to scout in blocks or just scout everywhere .

Blocks are just hopping from one world to the next in certain variations. For example, a block could be scouting worlds 2-21 P2P worlds.

When scouting, it is preferred and best to call out every type of harmonized ore that you see, whether 3 worlds for each have been called or not. This ensures that we always have enough worlds for everyone to obtain the ores that they want. Our most important type of ores that we look for are Harmonized Runite Ores . Most of our FC guests are looking for them, so even if you don't have the required mining level to mine them, if you see them please call them out to the FC.

How to identify a Harmonized Rock:
Depending on how laggy the world may be, it can be difficult to be able to tell which rocks are harmonized and which ones aren't. All harmonized rocks have
blue circles
glowing around them and if you right click them they should say that they are Harmonized. For example, harmonized runite will say Harmonized Runite Rock when it has become harmonized.

1.6 Abbreviations used in the FC

We typically use abbreviations to make it easier and quicker to call different types of harmonized rocks within the FC. All this is essentially, is you calling which worlds you found whatever type of ore(s) on and/or which ores on whatever world have died (depleted). We don't have any specific preference on how you call out what you find, but these are just some commonly used examples and ideas:

For calling out harmonized rocks that you find if you find only 1 on that world:
- 2 C
- Coal 2
- 2c

For calling out harmonized rocks that you find if you find more than one on that world:
- 2 c a m
- 2 c/a/m
- c/a/m 2
- c a m 2

If a specific type of rock dies , then that means that it has depleted of its harmonized ores. If this happens, we typically use the following abbreviations:

- 2rd
- Rd 2
- 2 R dead
- 2 Rune dead

1.7 Current Ranking System
If you help out in the fc by scouting, answering an questions asked by other players, and/or calling out when certain types of harmonized ores die , then you will more than likely be noticed by one of the owners of the FC. We highly encourage everyone to help out in the FC, but it's not a requirement. The more helpful you are, the more likely an admin will see you and offer you a rank!

1.9 FC Rules

To help maintain the best service to you in our FC, we ask that you abide by the following rules:

1) No fake calls (calling ores on worlds that aren't harmonized)
2) No west mining (mining the runite ores west of the Adamantite ores in the Trah district)
3) No spamming in the FC
4) Please save all questions that don't have anything to do with Trah hour until after Trah hour is over

There may be more rules to come to be added to this thread later, but we thank you in advance for your cooperation and we hope to see you in our FC next Trah Hour!

As the Clan Central Forum is not used for recruiting, this has been moved the the Recruitment forum that seems the best fit, based on your posted description of the FC. (The Clan Central Forum is for getting help and advice with how clans and the clan system works.)
