~ Ferrum Virum is an

ironman-only

clan.

We thrive to be a social, non-toxic, PvM oriented community. Embracing anyone with a general interest in slaying creatures, both learners and professional killers.

If you are looking for a clan to learn or enjoy PVM without the burden of having to be an Elite! You are in the right place.

Our clan was created on February 2021 by a group of friends that were sick many Elitist PVM Clans. It has been our effort to keep up a welcoming and great environment for everyone that loves or wants to learn PvM. We hope that we can keep up this effort and welcome a lot of new members looking to have fun, learn and teach others.

To our surprise, we got to grow beyond our expectations to a lively discord and cc chat. In our discord, we host multiple PvM events both for learners and experienced players. In this short time our Citadel has grown to T7, we recruited a dedicated and hardworking staff and around 450-500 engaged PvMers. As a whole, we are a friendly open-minded bunch of players that love to do PvM and all there is to do as an IronMan/Woman. Our members stretch out over both

US and EU time zones

with events for both zones.

Guests are welcome to join any events that are openly advertised in the CC. But for high-level PvM events members sign up in advance. Feel free to contact hosts for more info

We do want to point out that clan members would be given priority over guests for any event listed on Discord.

This is an HCIM & IM-only clan i.e. only hardcore and regular ironmen/women will be accepted into the clan.

However, we have no skill or combat level requirements.
Everyone is welcome regardless of experience, as we are mainly focused on PvM you will be required to be a Member. F2P players are always welcome to Guest and have fun in the CC.

If you want to be a part of our Clan, then we expect you to follow all the rules of RuneScape and to be able to contribute positively to our clan.
No topics are absolutely banned in our clan chat or Discord, as long as it is within the rules of RS, but we expect our members to be respectful and without prejudice, regardless of personal differences.

Bullying behaviour and demeaning attitudes are never acceptable.
Individuals who are a negative influence or force an amount of elitism on the clan chat may be removed from the clan at any time. We’re not here to become the biggest clan, we’re here to have fun while playing the game, killing some bosses, and get the best loot there is to find in Runescape!

As specified, we are a PvM driven clan and this is applied in our ranking system.

Recruit - Join clan

Ranks

Corporal
T80 weapon(s) [any style] + 50m clan xp or 10 event points

Sergeant
T85 weapon(s) [any style] + 100m clan xp or 20 event points

Lieutenant
T90 weapon(s) [any style] + 250m clan xp or 30 event points

Captain
T92 weapon(s) [any style] + 500m clan xp or 40 event points

For general all listed requirements must be met

General
T92 weapon(s) [any style] - 750m clan xp - 30 event points - 1 year in clan

All other ranks are used for our Admins,Officers and leaders.

Guests are very welcome to join our clan chat at any time, regardless of whether they eventually intend to join or not. Our Discord, however, is private and for clannies only. Exceptions will only be made for long-time steady guests.

Additionally, anybody is welcome to join the Discord for limited voice-only access in order to do advanced PvM with our members, such as Rots or Rago, but they will only have access to the Guest PvM voice channel.

Events are only open to Guests when there are free spots open at the end of the member sign-in period.

Please note: Although we are an ironman only clan, non-ironman accounts are also very welcome to guest, as long as they are evidently interested in the ironman game mode
or have alt accounts that are ironmen.
