Silent Syndicate

! Our clan is a warm social hub that participates in skilling, adventuring, and PVM oriented events in Glienor and woud love to mentor, teach, and hang our with new recruits! Our ultimate goal is to achieve Max/Comp/Trim capes and establish new meaningful relationships along this rewarding journey. Our clan members are passionate and dearly love this game, and would love you to be a part of a continuously growing community from around the globe. We have a T3 Citadel and encourage you to cap and participate in events, but it is not mandatory (but will facilitate faster ranking). We expect you to familiarize yourself with clan rules, be open to new experiences, and have fun! Please set your runemetric to public to aid organizers in tracking your clan progress, this helps us recognize you for any accomplishments in game. Lastly, although not mandatory, we would love for you to join our discord and have a forum pic so we can provide you with more satisfying and engaging clan services.

3-STRIKE SYSTEM

• Offenses will result in a 24-hour mute while leadership convenes on the matter

1) First time offenders are subject to a 24 hour mute from the clan chat and warning
from a member of the leadership team.

2) Second time offenders are subject to another 24 hour mute from the clan chat and
final warning from a member of the leadership team.

3) Third time offenders are subject to removal from the clan.

• Depending on the severity/consistency of the offenses, any member
removed from the clan is subject to a perma-ban if deemed appropriate by
the leadership team.

Ranking System and Ranks

Silent Syndicate Ranking System is one that is based on points and there are a many ways to gain points. The purpose of the points system is to have fun, earn your positions fair, and help the clan with obligations.

There are no maximum amount of points to be gained, and we encourage our clan members to become involved in the clan. We also encourage you to rank up, as it helps us establish future leadership roles for recruits.

If you are highly active in the clan, you will become eligible to help the clan out in various ways. To find out how you can help, please see refer to the ranks list below or ask any of the key ranks in the clan.
