Hello, and welcome to the Kingdom of Yanille's official recruitment thread!

We're a friendly, supportive and driven community based clan which hosts a wide array of daily events ranging from Skilling, PvM, PvP and D&D's. We also proudly support a continually developing citadel which we encourage all members to participate in!

What gives a Warning:

*Note: All Warnings Are Kept On Record And Kept On Admin Notes.*

1. Respect all Clan Members and Guests.

This is pretty much a given. Treat others with kindness and avoid any toxicity.
(If in violation of this rule, 1 Warning will be given)

2. A degree of maturity is expected from all members.
It is important to know when enough is enough.

3. Do not participate in the spamming of the clan chat or forum.
(If in violation of this rule, 1 Warning will be given)

4. Listen to your leaders.
His/her word is final and must be respected in order to maintain the family atmosphere and respect in the clan.
(If in violation you will be set to Final "3rd" Warning)

**If you find a particular leader is being unfair or abusing powers on the matter, please bring this as soon as possible to the clan deputy leader(s) or leader.**

5. Scamming.
(Auto-Ban from the clan and put on the ban list.)

6. Hacking.
(Auto-Ban from the clan and put on the ban list.)

7. Botting (use of any macros).
(1 Warning Given, If caught again you'll be banned and kick from clan chat.)

8. Harassing/Trolling an Allied Clan Or one of our own members.
(Sets you On Final "3rd" Warning)

9. Sparking controversial arguments/discussions in the chat and refuse to listen to a leader or high rank. (any key rank in cc)
(Depending on the situation Final "3rd" Warning/Ban)

10. Being vulgar on a consistent basis.
(Sets you on Final "3rd" Warning)

11. In general being disruptive, failing to follow the rules and not heeding any warnings.
(Sets you on Final "3rd" Warning And/Or Ban)

In order to advance in rank within the Kingdom of Yanille, members earn their rank through a system known as Points.

Points are awarded to members who carry out an activity within the clan. Think of it as an award scheme for activity and contribution to the clan

Below details what earns points and how many that activity awards:

¤ 1 point for every 2 bumps of the clan thread a week. This caps at 5 points per week.
¤ 1 point for every 1 million exp gained. This caps at 15 points per week.
¤ 2 points for entering the citadel.
¤ 5 points for attending an event.
¤ 5 points for recruiting a clan member.
¤ 5 points for partially maxing your resources at the citadel.
¤ 10 points for signing up to the offsite.
¤ 10 points for maxing your resources at the citadel.
¤ 15 points for maxing your resources at the citadel on reset day.

1 Stripe - Trial Member
2 Stripe - Passed Trial
3 Stripe - 50 KoY Points
Bronze Star - 150 KoY Points
Silver Star - 250 KoY Points
Gold Star - 350 KoY Points
Administrator - 500 KoY Points

Points are updated on a weekly basis - please be patient during this time

¤ Recruit
All members start at this rank.

¤ Corporal
Members must earn a total of 5 points to advance to Corporal.

¤ Sergeant
Members must earn a total of 50 points to advance to Sergeant.

¤ Lieutenant
Members must earn a total of 150 points to advance to Lieutenant.

¤ Captain
Members must earn a total of 250 points to advance to Captain.

¤ General
Members must earn a total of 350 points to advance to General.

¤ Admin
Members must earn a total of 500 points to advance to Admin.

¤ Organiser
Members must have collected a total of 500 points, and must have gained 150m xp within the clan.

¤ Coordinator
The Coordinator role will be preserved for manager roles.
These roles may include positions such as event/citadel manager.

¤ Overseer
The Overseer role is reserved for trusted users who handle multiple jobs.

¤ Leader
The Leader role is assigned to the clans ruling council - this is made up of the Deputy Owner and Owner ranks within the clan chat.
The ruling council will ensure the clans continued functioning and long term goals, incorporating changes wherever and whenever possible should they be required.
