Capped at Clan's Citadel for the first time.

Sergeant

Has fealty 3 (cap for 3 weeks), and has joined clan's discord.

Lieutenant

All the above +openly seeks bossing help or teaches.

Captain

All the above +has recruited at least 5 ppl to clan, earning helper pts for higher ranks

General

All the above +has 15 recruits.

Admin

Has a great track record of capping, interacting in clan and with events or just bossing.

Organizer

They're very loyal to helping +teaching/learning with the clan. Organize events and keeps a light track record of the clan on behavior and interactiveness.

Our clan's citadel is at Tier 1. What I expect is for us to be at Tier 7, which means mandatory capping from everyone , including clan members with ranks that are Admin+. I want our clan and citadel to have anything and everything available for those of you who want specific Tier's and skill plots. I expect the at most respect when it comes to our clan and our needs for upgrades and so much more. If these are not met, I will be be giving a probation period, such as warning, including if the excuse is not valid, such as, "I was busy bossing." You have an entire week to cap and it is easier and faster now compared to before. I will derank higher ranks as well, if these needs aren't met on their side too.
