The Clan Home Forum is not used for recruitment threads. It is for for discussion or planning threads, should a clan feel the need to have one separate from their recruitment thread or the private clan forums attached to their RS Clan Page.

Your clan already has a recruitment thread open in the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans Forum , that was posted by the Clan Owner. If they wish for you to redo that recruitment thread, they will need to post on Forum Help to request that the previous thread be closed.
