x NobleHearts x is a newly found clan that was formed by friends, but as a few days passed, we started to grow and we've decided to grow and make ourselves known throughout the RS Community. We're here to serve our community and help everyone in the most uptight and respectful way possible, and at the same time, help ourselves to enjoy the game even more. We love helping the newer and lower levels, and love to help out, even the high ranking members with 99's already. We are a newly formed clan and sometimes, clans come with requirements. And here's ours; come to have fun and enjoy the game! That is all. Our only request from our clanmates is that you cap your resources at the citadel, as we are newly formed and would love to get some new resource plots down to do some more skilling and have some more fun with the clan. We plan on getting into bossing once the clan gets a little bigger, and we might even jump into some wars, who knows. All levels are free to join and welcomed with the biggest of the Noble Hearts.

These are the founders of this clan and will remain to be the people who run it, and make sure we have a fun time here. You may also contact any of these people to join the clan. We do have ways to getting up in the ranks, once you join, there's a small probation period, but it's not too terribly long. While on your probation, you are however, required to cap at the citadel. All of the officers in this clan will cap weekly, to be on the fair side. (Not to mention, who doesn't love some free exp?!?!?!) As you spend time in the clan, and show that you are a person with a big NobleHeart, the officers will promote you, on such. We do run a time based rank up system, our rank up are based off of everything you do to help out the clan, and the people in the RS Community. So if you want your name on this list, there's no time requirements before you're an Administrator, come join us and have some fun and show us, you belong with those tags!
