Who we are

Vyrewatch Empire:

Skillin' and Chillin' under the blood red moon

Vyrewatch Empire is a close-knit, small clan that is passionate about socializing, skilling, playing RS on a regular basis and enjoys chatting/ supporting each other. Started back in 2015 by a group of friends who enjoyed skilling together, Vyrewatch Empire has gone though many changes over the years but that desire of skillin' and chillin' remains the same.

Even now, we continue to be a small social/ skilling clan that loves to help one another, joke around, give advice on money making and a variety of other skills, and of course chat among our clan.

In the last few months, we have worked hard to make Vyrewatch Empire even better through recruiting, establishing ranking systems, clan events and activities, and much more. Are you looking for a

Clan Objectives

1. Vyrewatch Empire is a clan for helping each other no matter what skill level you have

Our clan is all inclusive for every level, skill set, path and level of experience in Gielonor. If you are someone who likes to socialize, help other people and play Runescape, there's a place in Vyrewatch Empire for you.

2. Vyrewatch Empire is not only a social clan but a skilling clan.

As stated by deputy owner Deepseal, " Do you want to reach level 99 in every skill, or learn how to make RS money? That's what we are about- we can help you get there if that's what you need. " Or as a new recruit once put it, " Playing Runescape on my own wasn't the same, so I quit. But when I started playing with you guys [Vyrewatch Empire], it was suddenly something I wanted to do every day."

3. We want to have an active clan chat (at least 5 members participating) between the hours of 0:00 UTC- 4:00 UTC on a daily basis.

Though our number of active members can vary depending on season, obligations of universities/ colleges/ high schools, work schedules and availability... we want to make Runescape an enjoyable experience while you skill and chill.

4. As our clan is about skilling and chilling, it is our goal to build and upkeep a Citadel Stronghold with multiple skill plots, ranks, and avatars.

Each clan member is expected to enter the citadel and collect their quota of resources from the agreed upon plots. This helps unite our clan as opposed to being a group of individuals as we all strive for a common goal.

5. It is our clan's intention to have no more than 50 active members

One of our clan's greatest assets is our close-knit community spirit that we hold dear in our hearts. As of March 18, 2017, we have 31 official members in our clan and roughly 12 that are actively playing Runescape and participating in clan activities.

Vyrewatch Empire Ranking System: Introduction

Ranking in our clan is largely determined by the following criteria: capping at our citadel plots, helping others and attending clan events/ recruiting

. Each week, you can get a maximum of 15 points towards the next rank:

1.

Entering the citadel

: 1 point
2.

Capping (collecting your allotted resources) in the citadel:

3 points
3.

Helping others and attending clan events

: 1 point (up to a maximum of 5 points)
4.

Recruiting

: 5 points

(Special rule: if you have helped 5 different clan members, entered the citadel and capped, you are locked in at 10 points for the week. However if you additionally recruited someone, you would get the full 15 points).

Maintaining your Rank

To maintain your current rank, clan mates (above the rank of recruit) are

expected to maintain their fealty rank 3 by entering the citadel each week and capping

. If you cannot cap for one week, let admins know so you will not be penalized- please make an attempt to enter the citadel or collect whatever resources you can.

Penalty:

If you do not cap for 3 weeks or attempt to gather resources without a valid excuse, you may lose your rank. If you continue not to help in the clan, you may lose points towards ranking, until you return to the rank of recruit. Those who are inactive in the clan for over 6 months without excuse, may be kicked. Are you looking for a

Clan Ranking System: Recruit Probation

When a new recruit joins our clan, Vyrewatch Empire has a

2-4 week probation period

before the recruit can move on to the next rank.

Week 1: Learning the Ropes

: During the first week, new recruits can meet members of their clan, get to know everyone and participate in the clan chat. Admins+ will give them a tour of the citadel and teach them about what the clan is about.

Week 2: Continue learning and optional capping

If new recruits choose to try capping, they can get half points towards ranking in the future. For example, if a new recruit enters the citadel (1 pt) and caps (3 points) for the week, they will get 2 points towards ranking instead of the full 4 points.

Week 3-4: Mandatory Capping

By the third week of their joining of the clan, recruits are expected to enter the citadel and cap for the first time. After they finish capping 2 weeks consecutively, they will then advance to the next rank of

Corporal.

Exceptions:

1.

Free 2 Play members (F2P

) can still join the clan even though they cannot enter the citadel or play in Member worlds. They cannot advance beyond the rank of recruit, but they will be able to talk on the chat, participate in any activities that can be done on free to play worlds.

2. If a new recruit is unable to cap during the probation period for any reason (i.e. schedule, work, vacation or family emergency), please inform admin+ so they won't be penalized. Are you looking for a

Clan Ranking System: Clan Permissions

The below outlines the roles, responsibilities and benefits of each rank in our clan.

Cadets

Recruits

are allowed into the citadel and keep, and have the opportunity to cap as well as recruit new members. Though they are new to the clan, they are allowed to speak in the clan chat, participate in the clan theater and party room, and attend all clan events. They can only get half points towards further ranks.

Corporal:

After completing the recruit probation and holding a fealty rank of 2, corporals are full fledged members of the clan which get full points towards future ranks.

Junior Leaders

Sergeant

: After obtaining and maintaining a fealty rank of 3 as well as accumulating 30 points, sergeants are entrusted with small leadership duties. Having a knowledge of clan objectives, rules and responsibilities, they can monitor the lower ranks and bring forward any questions, concerns or ideas to the upper echelon. They can check on the recruits and corporals to ensure everyone has capped and to tally their points, as well as broadcast clan events on the noticeboard.

Admins:

Admins are chosen by the upper echelon based on leadership potential and merit. After maintaining a fealty rank of 3 for several months, having a proven track record of helping clan mates and demonstrating enthusiasm for building the clans, potential admins are approached by upper ranks for selection.

Admins have the ability to change the clan noticeboard, add new threads on the forums, kick members from the chat and summon the clan avatar. Additionally, admins can come up with weekly clan events they can lead (after informing upper ranks who will coordinate for them).

Other positions will be decided based on the clan needs and requirements as the clan grows.

Recap of Clan Updates from the last week of February til March 18, 2017

Without further ado, this will be the

beginning of clan discussions, updates, concerns, comments and ideas that the clan brings forwards

. I'll try my best to write notes each week, and I will summarize what has been done since the last week of February up til March 18, 2017 since I moved them to make room for our clan information...

Last week of February:

For those of you not in our clan, we've had 4 more join our small but active skilling and chilling clan who fit right in

First Week of March, 2017

Starting on the last week of February, 5 members opened the citadel and we each have begun capping.

End of 1st Week of March, 2017

- 5 members of our clan entered the citadel (2nd goal met)
- Total resources collected were 4,359 (almost hit our target of 5 members capping)
- We are 9% towards our goal of a Tier 2 Citadel (1009 logs out of 12,240 required)

March 12 Update:

I was absent for 6 days but 5 entered citadel & 3 that fully capped (plus the others who partially did). Our avatar BOB has returned to service.

A special thanks is also given to Deepseal (other deputy owner) who helped fixed up the settings of our citadel, maintained the uptick and checked to make sure everything was in order.

Additionally:

1. I was promoted to Deputy Owner- thank you Deepseal for your recommendation. While I was happy to continue in my role as an overseer, I recognize the need for someone who is able to play on a more frequent basis as a Deputy Owner. Especially as the Uzed (previous Deputy Owner) was hacked and needs a break from Runescape.

2. Special congratulations to CheshireHip for being promoted from recruit: After 2 weeks of faithful capping and regular playing of Runescape, I'm happy to see you rising in rank! Are you looking for a
