We felt some people need a little guidance towards being a decent person, so here are without further ado:
The 10 commandments of Sunshine Regiment

1) THOU SHALT NOT break rules set by Jagex.
Tips: have a good read of the rules here: https://www.jagex.com/en-GB/terms/rules-of-runescape
While it's a lot to take in, deputy leaders WILL check out suspicious (in)activity. You will only be warned for similar transgressions ONCE.

2) THOU SHALT NOT be impolite or disrespectful towards Sunnies
Tips: we shall not tolerate griefing, rude remarks or personal insult of any nature, simply because our chat spaces must remain safe and comfortable places for all our Sunnies.

3) THOU SHALT NOT share someone's personal information without that someone's permission.
Tips: you are never required to share personal information in our chat spaces, even if higher ranks prompt you to do so. If someone does share personal information, you shall treat it with utmost care for the author's wellbeing.

4) THOU SHALT NOT scam or lure fellow adventurers, be they Sunnies or non-Sunnies.
Tips: a transgression of this rule must be reported to a deputy leader or the clan leader as soon as possible and will always be taken seriously. We need our Sunnies to be able to trust each other enough to work together harmoniously.

5) THOU SHALT NOT beg, spam or advertise in our chat spaces.
Tips: again, our chat spaces must remain places where Sunnies can feel safe and comfortable. Loans or gifts can be extended on voluntary basis and are the responsibility of the players giving and receiving them. Always state clearly if you expect an item or currency back or not. While we try to help each other as much as we can, be it financially, with game tips or money making methods, you are not entitled to help based solely on being a Sunnie.

6) THOU SHALT NOT kill Sunnies in the Wilderness outside of PVP based clan events.
Tips: if you wish to instuct fellow Sunnies on PKing or other Wilderness activities, be transparent about your intentions and if you feel not safe going into PVP areas with a fellow Sunnie inform the deputy leaders or leader about negative experiences.

7) THOU SHALT NOT post, write about or link to pornographic/gore content.
Tips: lude comments will be tolerated to the extent that they do not disrupt the positive and safe chat atmsospere.

8) THOU SHALT NOT make sexist remarks or disrespect someone's sexual preferences.

9) THOU SHALT NOT leave a Sunnie hanging.
Tips: we are there for each other like a second family. We try to have each other's backs as well as we can. That said, always be reasonable if a Sunnie can't help you for a good reason. If you invite other Sunnies for a group activity try to pay attention to the respective chat space for at least 5 minutes.

10) THOU SHALT NOT make vicious remarks about political or religious views. Likewise you shall not push your political or religious views onto others.

Hello Sunnies,

Beginning March 1st, 2021, the ranking system within our clan will be altered. Our clan will start using a step system in order to advance in rank. If you are interested in advancing in our clan, keep reading :) To start... all ranks (below key holder ranks) will be reset to corporal. Following this, you will find below the requirements that you will need to complete if you are interested in advancement. The reason we are changing to this new system is that we believe you should feel as if you’ve earned your rank through your effort in this clan. We do appreciate your loyalty, but just being with us for a long time does not lead to advancement in rank alone.

X Corporal to Sergeant- 1 cap in total, 2 recruits in total (post screenshots to prove on Discord-Ranking Channel/ ask a clannie nicely to do it for you)

X Sergeant to Lieutenant - 2 caps in total, 4 recruits in total (post screenshots to prove on Discord-Ranking Channel/ ask a clannie nicely to do it for you)

X Lieutenant to Captain-4 caps in total, 8 recruits in total (post screenshots to prove on Discord-Ranking Channel/ ask a clannie nicely to do it for you)

X Captain to General- 8 caps in total, 16 recruits in total (post screenshots to prove on Discord-Ranking Channel/ ask a clannie nicely to do it for you)

X General to Administrator-Key holders vote to place fellow clannie in this position after General ranking requirements are met. This person must continue to show that they are willing to cap, recruit, help fellow clannies and be an active participant of the clan.

Administrator- Clan members come to this clannie with any problems they may have. This person acts as a mediator and reports to a deputy owner if the problem cannot be solved at this level.

X Administrator to Organiser- Key holders vote to place fellow clannie in this position after General ranking requirements are met. This person must continue to show that they are willing to cap, recruit, help fellow clannies and be an active participant of the clan.

Organiser- Coordinates clan events and a monthly event on the last Saturday of each month or special events on international holidays/ the evening before it.

X Organiser to Coordinator- Key holders vote to place fellow clannie in this position after General ranking requirements are met. This person must continue to show that they are willing to cap, recruit, help fellow clannies and be an active participant of the clan.

Coordinator- Tracks the Citadels needs and reports them to clan on a weekly basis. Keeps track of capping and communicates results with overseer of the clan. Coordinator also reports to deputy owners if clannies haven't capped for a consecutive two month period of time. If inactivity has not been previously reported, following this two month period of time, key holders will begin demoting said clannie every two weeks until clannie hits corporal ranking once more.


X Coordinator to Overseer-Key holders vote to place fellow clannie in this position after General ranking requirements are met. This person must continue to show that they are willing to cap, recruit, help fellow clannies and be an active participant of the clan.

Overseer- Keeps track of recruiting and communicates with the coordinator for capping results. Then advances clannies rank during the last week of each month based on results.
