Hi,
Forum posts can't be edited by other players, so you'll need to make a lock request on Forum Help to close the old thread and create a new thread for your clan. The only other option is to have the player who created the thread to update the posts.

Please follow the advice given above. Keep in mind though that the request generally has to come from a high ranking member of the clan, and more preferably, the owner should they wish not to take the reigns of updating the thread.
