Welcome to the Kingdom of Varrock!

Unlike many other clans, we are a POC (Player Owned City). This is a role-playing group that centers around a city and behaves like an actual Kingdom, with a royal family, knights and all.

And again, unlike many clans, we are not completely combat based. We have positions available for both army and noncombat members. The Kingdom of Varrock is indiscriminate. We accept all combat levels, skill levels, knowledge levels, and time zones, given you follow our rules and are active.

The Kingdom of Varrock has been nominated for various rewards, most of which are listed near the top of the thread, and being created in October of 2006 makes us the longest running POC in existence.

So what is there to do in the Kingdom of Varrock? We are very role-play based, so a number of our events have a storyline behind them. The kind of things we do range from combat events such boss killing or minigames, to skilling competitions, to role-play events such as raids on areas in the game - however, we still maintain considerably powerful military forces, in order to protect our land when under threat.

!NOW HIRING!
We have two Lord positions open - Lord General and Lord Overseer. If you feel you have the skills to fill either one of these gaps on our admin team, contact me (Sora Verus) for more information and a consideration.

With the recent resignation of our long time King, Lali, and our Prince, Kite Sumane, we also have two positions open in our Royal Family.

What do we look for in our SCL+ and Royal team members?
Activity within the Clan be it through events, the forums, or just being social in the clan chat
Consistent capping, though this isn’t a requirement
Good standing with other clan members
Involvement or interest in our w103 community and outside of Runescape in the Discord
For our King and Prince position, preferably experience in one of our other leadership positions beforehand.


If you don’t meet all of these requirements and still want to be considered for one of these positions, don’t be afraid to ask anyways! If the administration team sees potential, we are more and happy to train you for the position. If you feel you qualify for our Royal positions, or know someone who might, contact me (Sora Verus).

- Grandmaster Halu and his bossing team leaders, GPU & Conceptseven, will be hosting bossing trips throughout the week.

When: ~3:45PM est, when the Citadel resets

Event: Recruitment Drive!
Date: Sunday, 4/30
When: 8:30PM est

Event: Clan Meeting
Date: Thursday, 4/27
When: TBA, in the evening EST
