You may have better luck finding people interested in joining a clan in one of the clan recruitment sections. "Clan Home" is primarily for members within a clan to be able to stay in contact with each other and post clan rules, etc.

Your clan may fit well in Recruitment - Under 100 Combat , Recruitment - 100 Combat and over , or Recruitment - Specialist, Questing & Minigames depending on who your primary target audience is.
