This forum is not a Recruitment Forum. Clan Home is used for discussion/planning threads, if a RS3 clan feels the need to have those separate from their recruitment thread.
If you wish to recruit, you will have better results in one of the Recruitment Forums. There are several different recruitment forums for RS3 clans, depending on the type of clan you have and the requirements for joining. You should choose the Forum that best fits your clan and post a Recruitment thread there.
If this is an OSRS clan, then you should use the Old School Clans Forum to recruit.
