It looks like you clan ha already been established with the Clan Camp Scribe, so what you really are in need of is members, rather than founders.

This Forum is for clans to house an admin/planning/discussion thread, if they feel they need one separate from their recruitment thread or the clan Forums attached to their RS Clan Page. It is not to be used for recruiting.

You best bet would be to post a recruitment thread in the recruitment forum that is the best fit for the clan, depending on the minimum entry requirements or specialty, if they have no entry requirements.
