What we are looking for:
We are looking for mature players, who follow the rules, we have no time for immaturity, we need officers, who have previous experience within clans, such as the following:
- Clan leader.
- Deputy owner.
- Officer ranks such as Overseer and Coordinator.
- Main role within a clan such as Head of a department like events and so on.
- Recruiter.
Those above are just some examples of what we would like in new Officers.
If you are accepted I would like to know a background from yourself, such as previous clans, and if i'm able to speak with those previous clans about when you were with them, just to see what they have to say as well.
My reason for this is simple, I want to know you will be able to act the rank you have within the clan.
Not everyone will be accepted, those that are accepted will most likely start at admin rank, on a trail basis so we can see what you are capable of doing, and then you can progress from that rank over time.
I have never once, in my 10 years+ clan leading experience had to come to the forums to recruit officers, but sadly all my old leaders have quit the game or left to go to old school, only myself and one clan leader remain who is currently my deputy owner, he was one of my old clan deputy owners back when the clan was running.
