What do I need to be able to participate in The Low-Level Events?

*Barrows Brothers

1. Barrows Armour or Higher.
2. Level 70 Weapons or Higher.

What do I need to be able to participate in The Medium-Level Events?

*Daggannoth Kings
*God Wars Dungeon
