Welcome to the forums! :D

While its great you wish to look for people to join your clan, this wouldn't be the proper way to go about it. :)

There is a forum called "Recruitment - Looking for a clan" where players post looking for a new clan to call home. Within that forum, you can look at threads and see who would be a great fit for your clan. Please have a look there if you wish to look for new members.
