Hello everyone, as the title suggests I'm creating a clan who's sole purpose is to create an environment in which new and experienced players can re-live the lower levels of runescape, and progress together! The entry requirements are simple, on joining the clan, you may only do so on an account with a total level of 400 or LOWER, (ideally a brand new acc) and no level 99 skills.
