Do you mean how we keep track of drops within our clans?

My clan has a spreadsheet on google docs where all Coordinator+ have edit permissions to add drops & sell prices. All drops recorded are reported to these ranks to be added to our log.

I have 3 copies our drop log. One on the Coordintor+ Only doc, one on a public doc on our TeamSpeak server, and one on our Recruitment Forum, just to have multiple places to view it. ~ Sicariu
