I was not on game whe all this happened...

Unfortunately, there is a new member that is a little sketchy. F2P low skills like all 1's...
He started a conversation with a leader in my clan and as the conversation started... It was all joking, sexual innuendo, joking.... not factual...

The new guy asked why he changed his name to "Daddy..."
He helps everyone and the running joke is I tell them never call me MOM!!!
So because he helps and I am unwillingly mom. He changed his name to Daddy...

This was all in clan chat...
Now the leader in my clan is Perma banned.
The new mate that is sketchy reported him.
I have a screen shot of the silly conversation.
BTW our clan has a warning we do use "Adult Language"

The perma banned mate is distraught. He just got to priff and has billions in his account.
He also just got a laptop. Been playing years on his phone...
He lives in a group home and his life is not great.
He has been using RS as an outlet.
Got though it all using his phone to play. I could never do it.

Any suggestions?
I want my mate back and in my opinion the new mate should be reported...
I think he is a bot most of the time.

Hello, seems to me he's done something else other than talk in your clan chat if he has been permanently banned and he can not appeal it could be any of the reasons listed below, also under the reasons is direct from the Runescape web.

Bug abuse
• Real world trading
• Account hijacking
• Other manual permanent ban (fraud, community safety)

You cannot appeal this type of ban.
These penalties are reserved for the worst offenders and we will not debate these types of bans on our forums, social media or any other method of communication.

I don't think Jagex would apply a permanent ban onto an account just for some innuendo language. At worst I can only imagine them using a temporary mute over something like this. There is a reasonable chance that he was reporting over something else, or did something that triggered Jagex's detection systems. It's entirely possible that the "sketchy clanmate" who reported him was coincidental, or prompted an investigation that revealed something more.

If the offence isn't appealable, I would try having him contact @JagexSupport on Twitter and ask for a manual review. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
