A rather simple suggestion; to have a note function next to names on the clan banlist (like we do for friends/ignore), this would help communicate things like when they could be removed or what they did. We have a nice list of all the scammers, trolls, racist/sexist and abusive people that come through the clan and it can be hard keeping track of them if they change names or go inactive for a while.

While I support the intentions behind it, a big concern I have is that it's a means of Name n Shame in-game. There is no real way to verify claims made using the add-note feature if it were done on a ban list.

For example, I could add you to our ban list and put the note as "Attempted clanmate poaching," which obviously is not true, but no one in your clan would know for sure.

This is why we do not add anyone to the banlist unless there is screenshot proof of why they were banned.

If the notes are only viewable for a certain rank, this issue is also resolved
